The Villaverde Lodges are located in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region in north-eastern Italy just an hour away from Venice airport.
The Lodges are integrated in the 85 hectares of the Udine Golf Club – Villaverde Golf Course, on the green of hole no.9. They are perfect for medium-long rentals, extended stay business and leisure travel for golfers or nature loving sporty people.
The Villaverde Lodges, designed by Uppercut Design, were created with the idea of offering refined lodgings, developed according to sustainable concepts, with careful choice of building materials, minimal maintenance and efficient energy conservation.
There are four residences, each with two apartments, characterized by large picture windows that frame the golf green and the splendid hillside scenery, offering an ongoing dialog with the exterior and an intense relation with the surrounding natural environment.
They were created and designed for couples and families that want to be independent and private, and they are all composed of one 41 m2 studio on the ground floor and a 98 m2 two-room Deluxe apartment on the top floor. The Duplex is the whole residence, composed of a studio and a Deluxe apartment, that are connected by an internal staircase.
